We are currently seeking a Lead IT Project Strategist to enhance our expanding Internal IT division.

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for crafting project proposals that align with organizational goals, timelines, methodologies, and staffing needs for technology-driven initiatives.

The Lead IT Project Strategist will manage projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software implementations and upgrades. Project assignments will be tailored to match the individual’s experience and skill set.

The role involves both independent and collaborative work, with guidance and direction provided by the IT PMO, IT Leadership, and Executive Project Sponsors as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with team members to formulate plans that address policies and procedures essential for the successful execution of internal projects, ensuring all initiatives progress according to schedule and budget. Define and recommend the technical scope and objectives of projects. Oversee and manage the overall efforts related to project deliverables, milestones, and necessary tasks. Consistently coordinate and monitor all issues and risks. Increased responsibilities will include budget oversight, vendor relations, and resource management.
  • Relationship Management: Lead a diverse project team by fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining robust relationships with cross-functional personnel within the organization. Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, internal and external teams, and third parties, making communication a fundamental aspect of all planning and execution activities. Engage with internal and external teams to ensure that concerns are acknowledged and addressed. Provide timely updates to key project stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Executive Leaders, and vendors.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required. * Preferred 3 years of project management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (a combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent).

Technical Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
