Position Overview:
The Enterprise Americas division is in search of a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our Customer Lifecycle initiatives within the Commercial and Regulated Industries sectors. This role will report directly to the Director of Community, Advocacy, and Lifecycle Marketing within our Shared Services marketing framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Oversee the customer lifecycle program framework tailored for the Enterprise and Regulated Industries client segments, utilizing customer analytics and insights. Collaborate with field marketing, global customer marketing, and customer success teams to establish business requirements, messaging, and tactics aimed at enhancing engagement, driving scalability, and improving sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Field Alignment and Partnerships: Collaborate with field marketing and global customer marketing to align business needs with Customer Success and Service teams. Promote programs across Enterprise Americas and beyond, deepening customer understanding and providing support for consulting discussions and business reviews.
  • Consistency, Scale, and Measurement: Develop a data-driven approach to customer lifecycle programs through structured frameworks and governance. Define key performance indicators in collaboration with our analytics team to assess engagement, customer growth, business impact, and return on marketing investment.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader and confident communicator, possessing a data-driven marketing mindset and a strong passion for customer advocacy. They will have exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to represent our business and marketing perspectives with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
  • Proficient presentation skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional groups.
  • Educational background: BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent.

Specialized Skills:
  • Experience with customer relationship management and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and drive initiatives.
  • Proficient in data analysis and trend interpretation.
  • Resourceful in utilizing internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
