Tennant Company is on the lookout for a motivated Marketing Operations Strategist to assist the Marketing Operations team with product launch initiatives and ongoing content development.

We seek an individual with a keen emphasis on content generation who will be responsible for creating and producing various forms of product-centric marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and multimedia assets.

This role is crucial in facilitating the introduction of new products to the market by adhering to our established product launch methodologies and ensuring existing product content remains up-to-date.

This position will collaborate closely with the product marketing team to develop compelling product messaging and gain insights into the strategic elements of the product marketing domain.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Oversee the creation of all product-related content for collateral, videos, and web platforms, playing a vital role in the success of product launches.

Engage with regional marketers to comprehend the marketing strategy for specific initiatives.
Work alongside internal and external partners to execute content, video, and imagery production.
Manage scheduling, planning, and time management from project inception to delivery.
Generate content for websites, brochures, advertisements, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Support inbound and outbound marketing efforts to enhance lead generation.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams – including creative, web, digital, sales enablement, business marketing, and legal – to implement marketing strategies.
Uphold and enforce brand standards.

PRODUCT LAUNCH ASSISTANCE:
Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing operations, providing insights on best practices for product launches.

Collaborate with the cross-functional launch team, which includes product management, engineering, sales enablement, and both internal and external creative partners to develop launch materials.

Manage project timelines and deliverables for market-facing content (brochures, sell sheets, flyers, banners, advertisements, guides, white papers, videos, articles, website pages), ensuring consistency in messaging, copywriting, and legal review.

Supervise video and photography production to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Be a key contributor in the launch of new products, overseeing the execution of the communications strategy.

BRAND AND DESIGN MANAGEMENT:
Oversee both external and internal creative partners, managing schedules, approvals, and billing (including writers, graphic designers, video producers, and CGI photographers).
Ensure quality control of all creative outputs in alignment with brand standards, including thorough proofing of deliverables.
Create engaging marketing materials across various media, demonstrating a strong ability to translate requirements into effective designs.

ESSENTIAL INTERPERSONAL & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:
Proven experience as a key contributor to product launch planning and execution.
Exhibit strong technical writing capabilities with the ability to write, proofread, and enhance content.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
5+ years of experience in marketing and project management.
Knowledgeable in digital marketing, content marketing, and project management tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Workfront Project Management tool, and CRM systems.
