Role Overview:
In the capacity of Construction Cost Analyst and Project Coordinator, you will be integral to our client's forthcoming healthcare initiatives. This multifaceted role demands a professional with a solid foundation in either data center or healthcare construction. Your responsibilities will encompass precise project cost estimation, budget management, timeline oversight, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:
Develop comprehensive cost estimates for healthcare initiatives, accounting for materials, labor, and equipment. Employ industry best practices to guarantee precise and competitive pricing.

Project Coordination:
Manage all stages of project development from initiation to completion. Ensure that projects are finalized on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality benchmarks.

Client Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Act as the primary liaison, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to synchronize project activities. Promote a cooperative and positive work atmosphere.

Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to secure project success.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all projects adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and project coordination within the construction field, particularly focusing on data center or healthcare projects.


Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Skills:
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and cost estimation tools.

Certifications:
PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Attributes:
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
