  • Help prepare progress reports and other project-related documentation.
  • Compile and sustain project records, including change orders and material submissions.
  • Support the development of project proposals and bid packages.
  • Engage in project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
  • Assist in resolving project-related challenges and disputes.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide additional support to the project manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
