Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers and Engineers in administrative project tasks
  • Oversee and organize all project-related documentation
  • Monitor and manage the timely delivery of ordered materials
  • Process and log Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the Accounting team to facilitate invoicing
  • Finalize and submit Change Orders
  • Coordinate the availability of materials and equipment on-site as required
  • Prepare project closeout documentation
  • Engage with project owners for all assigned projects

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in working with detailed documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-driven individual with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Numerically inclined with a basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction administrative role
