About the Role:

Hire With Jarvis is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our GTM team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
