Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Brand, Retail, and Media pod. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and expand relationships between Plug and Play Ventures and partnering corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Retention
    • Understand a corporation's key innovation goals and co-create an innovation plan with the corporate champion.
    • Regularly engage with corporate partners, share best practices, and stay up-to-date on industry startups.
    • Work with operational staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
    • Collaborate with corporate executives in 1:1 startup meetings to ensure all corporations are engaged with the startups according to their business needs.
    • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
    • Work with the vertical Directors/sales to renew corporate membership contracts.
  • New Product Development
    • Map products and services to consumer needs and advocate for the corporate partner when developing new products and services.
    • Create, test, and implement new products alongside the business development team.
  • Relationship Management and Research
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, and conduct in-depth business analysis to identify new competitive opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years prior experience in innovation consulting, customer success, or growth roles.
  • Experience with B2B-based partnerships.
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM, Sales Navigator, and other technology solutions for account management and sales upsell.
  • Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for corporate innovation and startups is a must, and startup experience is a plus.
  • Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and the ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
