Administrative Assistant

This Administrative Assistant position is available in a busy law firm. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
The Receptionist/Office Services clerk will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual support for Spanish-speaking clientele
- Phone call management and data entry
- Greeting clients and maintaining office cleanliness
- Filing paperwork and office services duties
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces
- Lifting up to 15lbs

$19-$22 hourly DOE. This job is in-person, M-F 8am-5pm.
