Sales Account Manager - Fashion Industry

Emerging Blue Jobs is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to oversee relationships within the fashion sector, specifically focusing on denim products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and nurture robust strategic partnerships with retail clients, ensuring outstanding customer service through effective collaboration and consistent communication.
  • Facilitate productive meetings with partners, collecting feedback to provide essential insights to the sales division.
  • Implement regional business development initiatives and actively seek new avenues for expanding retail presence.
  • Analyze performance reports, set KPI benchmarks, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Take ownership of meeting booking and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with Planning for timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with Planning on Open-to-Buy forecasts and achieve sales goals efficiently. Conduct seasonal data analysis to enhance product assortments.
  • Lead market presentations, confidently showcase brand strategies, and manage order processing in conjunction with Customer Service.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve shipping and financial issues while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Provide comprehensive training on brand and product knowledge to partners, ensuring consistent service across all platforms.
  • Stay informed about competitors' strategies and market dynamics.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in interpersonal skills including coaching, negotiations, sales, and group presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across various environments.
  • Proficient in Excel and Retail Mathematics.
