Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams to develop proposals and drive business growth.
  • Lead the sales pipeline using action plans, key performance indicators, time and territory management tools, and funnel management tools to optimize sales performance.
  • Visit end-user customers within the region to understand customer needs and market trends, and develop a market model map to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A consistent record of consultative selling within the nuclear power industry with a proven track record of success.
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience from a recognized university with a minimum of five years of technical sales experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in international business, with cultural awareness and a versatile management style for working with international customers.
