• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of pre-sales materials (e.g., solution outlines, success stories).

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).


• At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales capacity within the IT professional services sector.


• Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, particularly in custom application development, middleware integration, AI, or customer experience solutions.


• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to adapt technical information for various audiences.


• Strong grasp of the sales process and capability to effectively partner with Account Executives.


• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.


• Proficient in technical documentation and proposal development.
