Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Store Managers to ensure effective team management, training, and development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales teams to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing and management experience, plus 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the timeshare industry or retail environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer service, and quality fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
