About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations by executing a strategic sales plan and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategy to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency/routing.
  • Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral communities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group's services.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth by focusing on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients.
  • Manage sales administration duties, including sales forecasting, expense tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
