Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by responding to booking inquiries and providing detailed information about our outdoor adventure experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries, providing timely, accurate information to potential guests and guiding them through the booking process.
  • Lead Generation: Execute outreach strategies by contacting leads via phone and email, offering detailed information on Go Ape activities, pricing, and availability to drive new bookings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all guest communications in the company's CRM and Booking Tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and site teams to arrange special bookings and ensure that guest needs are met, especially for third-party and group events.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries during operational hours, working closely with site teams to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador for Go Ape USA, embodying the organization's mission and values in every interaction with guests, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience: At least six (6) months of prior experience in a customer service or sales role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a drive to exceed sales targets.
