Job Overview

Stapp Interstate Toyota is a well-established family-owned dealership with a rich history in the automotive industry. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to final sale. This includes selling both new and pre-owned vehicles, handling finance and lease contracts, and promoting vehicle accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
  • Aid customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs
  • Demonstrate vehicle features effectively
  • Guide customers through the sales application process
  • Work with management to maintain and present vehicles on the lot
  • Promote F&I products and accessories
  • Ensure compliance and ethical standards in all transactions

Requirements:

  • High energy and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong communication abilities in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to adapt and overcome objections during the sales process
  • Proficiency in basic business math and use of software programs
  • Team-oriented, dedicated, and customer-focused
