We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing phone communications, overseeing office supplies, and coordinating various activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, and training sessions.
  • Draft and format correspondence, memos, reports, and related documents; maintain organized filing systems; procure supplies and equipment. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming mail efficiently.
  • Support the team with scanning, filing, and copying tasks.
  • Conduct data entry into specialized project databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing proposals.
  • Ensure company vehicles are properly registered and maintained.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Foster positive and cooperative relationships with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Exemplary professional etiquette and strong customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
