Job Summary
Nola Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Reception
- Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members.
- Perform data entry, transcribe documents, and type correspondence as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
