Bilingual Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle internal and external communications, including answering calls, responding to messages, and greeting visitors.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is properly serviced.
- Organize and maintain files and records with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and assist with organizing company events.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, resolving inquiries professionally.
- Support projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
