Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as Vice President of Human Resources. This individual will be responsible for leading our People function, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of People professionals to uplevel human capital capabilities and build a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement talent lifecycle management strategies, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and development.
  • Improve performance management processes, career-level frameworks, and advancement plans.
  • Partner with the Executive Team to develop a talent management strategy that supports business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key functional leaders to optimize organizational design and staffing.
  • Drive employer brand development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Improve efficiency at scale, design, and implement processes, tools, and systems needed to grow and support people operations.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in human resources across multiple functions.
  • Deep experience working with global companies with a large Retail Store fleet.
  • Change management experience with rapid growth, geographically dispersed companies.
  • Strong knowledge of State/Federal employment law across the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or PHR/SPHR.
