Job Title: Area Vice President, Operations

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a leading provider of alternative and special education programs, is seeking an experienced Area Vice President, Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a designated area, ensuring the successful delivery of quality educational services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with district personnel, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and growth.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational issues, and develop solutions to improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, and maintain a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence, and provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement talent management strategies, and ensure effective succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in education, educational leadership, special education, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  • Active certification and/or licensure in educational leadership, school administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth and improve student outcomes.
