  • Support diverse work environments including retail, manufacturing, supply chain, e-commerce, technology, and corporate functions.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of executive-level HR experience in multi-unit, multi-state retail, service, or manufacturing industries (5,000+ employees)
  • Strong analytical and project leadership skills
  • Creative, collaborative, results-oriented leader with excellent execution abilities
  • Experience leading significant organizational transformation efforts
  • Proven success in leading HR functions in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Strong experience leveraging and implementing progressive HR technologies
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Leadership experience managing at least 5 HR professionals
  • Thorough knowledge of employment and labor laws (US, State & Local)
  • BA/BS degree in related discipline (MBA preferred)

The pay range for this position is expected to be $223K to $279K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
