  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or MBA
  • CPA required
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, including at least five years in a nonprofit organization
  • Experience with Dynamics Business Central Finance system required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as an auditor in an audit firm
  • Proficiency in Dynamics Business Central and VENA
  • Experience in financial and cost accounting in a manufacturing organization
Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit financial management and compliance
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
