Job Title: HR Administrator - Part-Time

Reports to: Director, Human Resources

Classification: Non-Exempt

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
  • Assist with payroll processing by preparing and organizing timesheets and other related documents.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee training, development programs, and company events.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance by ensuring employee documents are up to date and aligned with legal and company standards.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with data entry in HR systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing HR-related correspondence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within HR.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
