Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the HR team throughout the entire employment lifecycle – from talent acquisition to onboarding, HR program management, learning and development, employee recognition, and offboarding – you will be the central point of contact.
- Managing bi-weekly payroll for over 250 employees and assisting them with all payroll-related inquiries.
- Becoming our HRIS expert – enhancing our HR technology to create a seamless, collaborative, and engaging employee experience.
- Creating visually appealing employee communications to disseminate the latest HR-related updates on various topics, including wellness and benefits.
- Overseeing the Recognition @ SIF programs to express gratitude to our outstanding team members.
Your Qualifications Should Include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of two years' experience in an HR capacity, supporting diverse areas within the HR spectrum.
- Experience in payroll administration is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of utilizing social media as an effective recruitment tool.
- Familiarity with graphic design platforms such as Canva is advantageous.
- Experience with FMLA administration is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including multitasking, prioritizing, and fulfilling commitments.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) with a demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- High ethical standards, personal confidence, compassion, and transparency in addressing HR matters.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and tools, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
