In this role, you will engage directly with local customers daily, helping to expand our clients' portfolios as we broaden our reach into new markets.

The Entry-Level Sales Coordinator will benefit from comprehensive coaching and training, which includes role-playing exercises, in-depth product knowledge, and territory management strategies. This hands-on approach will enable you to apply your learning effectively and adapt to various situations, driving direct sales in your assigned area while positioning yourself for potential advancement into senior roles. You will also have the chance to learn from seasoned sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and demonstrate products and services to current and prospective customers on a daily basis.
  • Regularly meet with customers to discuss product and service options, providing tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Monitor company operations to uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address inquiries, maintain records, build rapport, and suggest improvements to enhance product and service offerings while boosting sales productivity.
  • Implement field sales initiatives and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver competitive sales solutions.
  • Effectively cover assigned territories to maximize customer acquisition and increase market share.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the product line by participating in weekly training sessions focused on sales and customer service.

Desired Qualities:

  • Preferred 2 years of direct sales experience, though any customer-facing experience is acceptable.
  • A genuine interest in sales and a commitment to advancing within the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in designated market areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • A robust work ethic to continuously enhance product and service knowledge.
  • Personable demeanor to quickly establish rapport with customers.
