Your Role:

The Inside Sales and Warehouse team plays a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring order fulfillment in collaboration with the Outside Sales team. This position involves providing customer solutions through various communication channels, aiming for sustainable growth through customer satisfaction and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and assess customer needs effectively.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders using Sage 100 ERP.
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Identify and present optimal product solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Oversee order fulfillment and communicate any potential challenges.
  • Calculate pricing and negotiate terms with customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through in-person and phone interactions.
  • Handle shipping tasks, including product preparation and loading.
  • Manage receiving tasks, including unloading and organizing stock.
  • Operate a forklift and truck, requiring a valid driver's license.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in partnership with the Accounting team.
  • Coordinate shipments with the Inside Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
