  • Conducts test drives or collaborates with the test technician as needed.
  • Aims to maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index rating that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's, zone's, or branch's average.
  • Informs customers about vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturers' specifications, utilizing maintenance schedules.
  • Adheres to dealership standards for "hours per customer repair order written."
  • Complies with federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know laws.
  • Follows all company safety protocols and promptly reports any incidents to a supervisor.
  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates the ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • Has a minimum of two years of experience in a dealership role.
  • Exhibits general knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems.
  • ASE certification is preferred.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All candidates must perform their duties safely.
  • All candidates must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, credit reports, and possess a valid driver's license.
