Your Role:

The Inside Sales/Warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting in order fulfillment, and collaborating with the Outside Sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proactively resolve issues and challenges.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders using Sage 100 ERP.
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Assess and present optimal product offerings based on customer requirements.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and communicate any potential issues.
  • Calculate pricing and negotiate with customers as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through effective communication.
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing products for shipment and managing inventory.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in partnership with the Accounting team.
  • Coordinate shipments with the Inside Sales and Supply Chain teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

No prior experience is required for this position, although relevant experience is advantageous.
