Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Divisional Supervisor to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist service technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Estimate and manage projects, including sales and customer relations.
  • Conduct hands-on service work, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, repairs, and installations.
  • Manage and maintain a team of service technicians, including training and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Maine State Gas license with Large Equipment endorsement.
  • Universal CFC certification.
  • Journeyman Oil 1 & 2 under 15 GPH license preferred. Over 15 GPH a plus.
  • Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Backflow testing certification a plus.
