About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Team Lead to join our team at RIGHT NOW HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our installation crews in residential HVAC replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage installation crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Manage the production of installation crews, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Oversee the warehouse management of products for installation crews
  • Assist with field technical and installation support, quality assurance, production, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation and management
  • Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians
  • Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment
  • Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high-efficiency inverter systems
  • Great attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background test and drug screen
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
