As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading installation crews in residential HVAC replacement, managing production, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation crews in residential HVAC replacement, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Manage production of installation crews, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee warehouse management of products for crews, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient logistics.
  • Assist in field technical and installation, quality assurance, production, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, with management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
  • Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
  • Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high-efficiency inverter systems.
  • Great attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background test and drug screen.
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 per year, based on performance and experience.
