Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales organization by enhancing operational efficiency and tracking sales performance metrics.
  • Provide analytical insights and support the strategic objectives of the sales team through informed recommendations.
  • Examine sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement. Generate comprehensive sales reports, develop dashboards, and utilize sales performance tools to inform sales leadership.
  • Manage intricate Excel files and deliver insightful data views to sales management.
  • Ensure the integrity of our CRM data; conduct analyses, generate reports, and create dashboards for precise sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with various teams to refine and optimize sales processes and workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations that evaluate sales outcomes, pipeline status, client segments, and service offerings.
  • Engage in regular forecasting meetings to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pipeline data and opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the management of sales opportunities and deal processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or marketing operations.
  • Proficient in Excel, Gsuite, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and Clari.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capacity for critical thinking and analysis based on limited information.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Quick decision-maker with a strong sense of urgency.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intellectually curious and motivated to learn and develop professionally.
