Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales division by enhancing operational efficiency and monitoring sales performance metrics.
- Deliver insights and align with the strategic objectives of the sales team through comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
- Examine sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement. Produce sales reports, develop dashboards, and utilize performance tools to inform sales leadership.
- Oversee complex Excel files, providing analytical insights and data perspectives to sales management.
- Maintain the integrity of our CRM system; conduct analyses, generate reports, and create dashboards for precise sales reporting.
- Collaborate with various teams to refine and optimize sales processes and workflows.
- Assist in crafting board-level reports and presentations that evaluate sales outcomes, pipeline status, client demographics, and service offerings.
- Engage in regular forecast meetings to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pipeline data and opportunities.
- Proactively ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the management of sales opportunities and deal processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or marketing operations.
- Proficient in Excel, Gsuite, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and Clari.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capability to think critically and conduct analyses based on partial information.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Quick decision-maker with a strong sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intellectually curious and motivated to learn and develop professionally.
Compensation:
Base Hiring Range: $70,000 - $80,000
This range reflects the approximate compensation for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including knowledge, skills, and abilities.
