In this unique position, you will leverage our established dealer network to initiate valuable connections. Your outreach will extend to architects, builders, design professionals, and smart home integrators. Understanding your audience is crucial for promoting top-tier products and enhancing our footprint in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector.

This role allows you to collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, providing you with the autonomy to manage your schedule, territory, and daily activities. Let's embark on this journey together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate an annual strategy that identifies market opportunities and outlines a plan to enhance awareness, boost sales, and increase market share in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
  • Actively seek out key partnerships. Cultivate and nurture these relationships while engaging local channel partners to foster their long-term success.
  • Schedule and conduct 3-4 targeted meetings daily with potential trade clients. Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure effective closure of sales opportunities.
Compensation Overview

Your total earning potential ranges from $72,000 to $120,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, with significant opportunities for exceeding targets and enhancing total earnings.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to convey technical information accurately and clarify complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in the fenestration industry or the Internet of Things market.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for networking, forming connections, and contributing to a successful, self-driven team.
