About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Americas Product Management team in Denver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the lifecycle management of assigned product portfolios, ensuring timely and seamless launches, restructurings, and winddowns. You will work closely with sales, structuring, operational teams, and service providers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the lifecycle of assigned products, from launch to winddown
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, restructurings, and winddowns
  • Lead team-relevant projects and contribute to business unit-relevant projects
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of private markets, product structures, and processes
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to assess satisfaction, identify issues, and implement robust resolutions
  • Review and provide feedback on team members' output, and train less experienced Product Managers
  • Liaise with client counterparts to understand their operational needs and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, or economics
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in banking, asset management, or a similar field
  • Profound knowledge of the financial services industry, with experience in private equity or another private markets asset class a plus
  • Ability to design, implement, and operationalize innovative product and investment structures
  • Self-directed and able to manage complex operating tasks in demanding timelines and competing priorities
  • Ability and desire to train, coach, and mentor junior team members
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a desire to learn and succeed
  • Excellent English skills, with additional languages a plus
  • Effective and reliable team player
