  • Engage with and support the program's lead systems engineer, chief engineer, and client.
  • Prepare for and deliver major gate reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, PSR).
  • Coordinate requirements validation with Integration & Test (I&T) activities.
  • Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for architecture to requirements traceability and interface development.
  • Mentor fellow systems engineers on the team.
  • Assist in the program's Risk & Opportunity Management and Engineering Review Board (ERB) processes.
  • Prepare and present findings to peers, management, and clients.
  • Maintain a consistent and predictable work schedule.
  • Foster effective working relationships within the department, Strategic Business Units, and the Company, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to review effective and verifiable requirements with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering processes, including requirements development, allocation, change management, validation, and verification – a self-starter who will take ownership of these activities.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, meeting schedules, and achieving performance objectives.
  • Extensive knowledge of missions and clients across core technology areas, with established relationships within the customer community.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience addressing senior decision-makers and technical audiences.
