Senior Project Controls Analyst - Planner/Scheduler

Job Overview:
As a Senior Project Controls Analyst specializing in planning and scheduling, you will play a pivotal role in a cutting-edge team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year project plan to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
2. Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAM) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to assess resource needs.
3. Lead the creation and implementation of the program baseline in alignment with Earned Value Management (EVM) System Description standards.
4. Oversee the scheduling process for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) across various programs.
5. Analyze project schedules and generate detailed reports for both management and customers.
6. Act as the scheduling subject matter expert for a diverse portfolio of programs.
7. Facilitate discussions to develop project schedules and establish interdependencies with other initiatives.
8. Assist technical teams in setting milestones and monitoring adherence to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
9. Recommend and implement best practices for scheduling and process enhancements.
10. Support the Program Management Office in achieving strategic business objectives.

Work Environment:
This role necessitates regular on-site engagement, requiring you to work in-person at least three days a week. Occasional travel between company locations may be necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of related experience. Advanced degrees may substitute for years of experience.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an earned value management environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining program schedule baselines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project Server environments.
