About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Sweetie Boy Delivers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely implementation of sales strategies
  • Lead and participate in face-to-face meetings and proposals with customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics industry and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in logistics (car haul and drive-away services) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative selling to all management levels
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
