Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative for BrightSpring Health Services, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals

• Identify and pursue business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, and market research

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to target high-potential customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and managed care organizations

• Collaborate with the RVP of Sales and local Pharmacy Director to provide ongoing support and value to customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Two or more years of prior sales experience

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75%
