About the Role

BBSI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies
  • Present BBSI's solutions and expertise to potential clients and negotiate contracts
  • Work closely with our business units to align prospects with our services and drive sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the ASO or PEO industry
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong relationships-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, including P&L, rate of taxation, and labor burden
  • Valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance
