About the Role
As the Senior Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement for GlossGenius users and prospects.

You will craft campaigns that target customers throughout their journey, including lead nurturing initiatives, personalized and triggered communications to optimize our feature launches, and strategies to promote word-of-mouth and lifecycle messaging.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and will work in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence on designated days.What You'll Do
  • Design and implement campaigns for feature releases that encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Create and execute lead nurturing strategies that guide SMB and solopreneur buyers through the sales funnel.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives that enhance conversion and retention rates.
  • Showcase the value of our platform to potential buyers through tailored and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and social media, to create and execute campaigns that meet business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Become an expert in customer engagement, specializing in email marketing, customer journeys, personalization techniques, and cross-channel strategies.
  • Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to identify, track, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of our lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Provide regular insights and reporting to key stakeholders regarding program performance.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Lifecycle or email marketing role within a B2C or B2SMB environment, preferably in a SaaS context.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing conversion rates and engagement through lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience with lifecycle experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong understanding of email, push, in-app, and SMS marketing channels.
  • Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data to identify challenges and collaborate on lifecycle programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Iterable and Hubspot, along with data analysis platforms like Looker or Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to boost productivity and campaign performance.
