Position Overview
The Client Engagement Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role within the Client Marketing team, contributing to the overarching Marketing organization and collaborating on our client's investment and fund marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Creating impactful marketing materials that effectively showcase the firm, its funds, and its unique capabilities to potential clients and consultants.
  • Supporting daily client marketing operations in partnership with investment and business development teams, ensuring alignment with Brand and Communications strategies.
  • Crafting persuasive sales presentations that articulate a technically sound and commercially viable narrative, enhanced by engaging data visualizations to attract institutional investors.
  • Developing and maintaining essential sales tools, including fund brochures, strategy outlooks, market reviews, and conference materials that bolster capital raising efforts and business development initiatives.
  • Participating in strategic projects aimed at modernizing marketing practices, fostering innovation, and implementing technology automation.
  • Managing internal project timelines, ensuring all necessary stakeholder, operational, legal, and compliance approvals are secured to meet deadlines.
  • Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, retrieving and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in the investment management sector.
  • Experience in alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other relevant systems for preparing marketing materials.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret and analyze financial data.
  • A high degree of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
