Important:
This is a hybrid position.
Core in-office days are Tuesdays through Thursdays, with an expectation of being present in the office at least half a day each week during these core days.
As our Minneapolis-Saint Paul location expands, in-office attendance will increase to a minimum of twice weekly during core office days.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with marketing and sales goals for key accounts across significant industries.
Evaluate the suitability of corporate marketing campaigns for accounts and collaborate with the broader marketing team to adapt and introduce them effectively.
Enhance engagement by establishing a consistent communication rhythm with prospective contacts. Assist in executing owned and third-party events tailored to key accounts.
Stay informed about market conditions and industry trends that may influence our go-to-market strategies, including regulatory changes and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with Sales Development to create best practices and multi-touch outreach sequences to support pipeline initiatives.
Work with Sales Enablement to develop playbooks that facilitate follow-up and outreach for major owned events.
Curate and manage the Revenue Weekly Newsletter, ensuring the inclusion of relevant information for Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Advisory.
Maintain Highspot with pertinent campaign details, ensuring regular updates and data hygiene. Regularly analyze reporting and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and analytics.
Partner with Revenue Operations to enhance our reporting processes and offer insights to the Marketing and Sales teams. Collaborate with Central Marketing to refine our marketing strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications for Success
Hands-on experience as an individual contributor, capable of executing plans and adapting to new tasks as required.
A minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in the technology sector, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight project deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills to engage with key stakeholders across various business units.
Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.
Hands-on experience with reporting, analyzing, and optimizing outbound email sequences and top-of-funnel performance. Preference for candidates with proficiency in Hubspot, Gong, Salesforce, and HighSpot.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across different departments.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
