Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop procurement strategies, including Statements of Work (SOW), to meet business objectives.
  • Advise on legal requirements, best practices, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee proposal preparation, pricing activities, and contract negotiation with the US government.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, interpreting contractual terms and conditions.
  • Guide higher-level supplier relationships, including kick-off meetings and performance measurement.
  • Coordinate post-award supplier implementation plans and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Establish metrics and supplier scorecards to collect end-user feedback.
  • Ensure processes are in place for proper receipt of products and/or services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience overseeing proposal preparation, pricing activities, and contract negotiation with the US government.
  • Knowledge of the FAR/DFAR.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience overseeing multi-million dollar contracts.
