About the Team
The e-commerce sector has experienced significant expansion and remains a competitive landscape among leading tech companies. The potential for future growth is immense.
TikTok Shop is redefining global eCommerce through engaging content and delightful experiences.Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee TTS categories and attributes, develop output protocols, and implement management processes to ensure the category framework aligns with customer expectations and supports business growth.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and business development phases to gather insights and feedback, continuously refining category structures and attributes, and managing the lifecycle of categories.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to define product requirements and strategies related to category operations, enhancing management and operational efficiency through effective product development.
- Work alongside algorithm, product, search, and recommendation teams to visualize underlying category attribute data across various front-end shopping scenarios, improving platform operations and user experience.
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce category management, with a solid grasp of category design principles, product features, and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to adapt strategies in complex environments.
- Experience within global organizations is advantageous.
- Experience in managing teams and overseeing business operations remotely is preferred.
