Position Overview:
Are you passionate about travel and eager to connect with customers through impactful communications? Expedia Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty team.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing email campaigns, push notifications, in-product promotions, and landing page designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of global marketing campaigns for Expedia and VRBO brands.
- Communicate the significance of our rewards program, which serves 145 million members across our brands.
- Identify marketing opportunities by gaining insights into traveler behavior through analysis, testing, and performance tools.
- Plan and execute campaigns that involve multiple teams.

Project Management:
- Conduct A/B testing with clear hypotheses and objectives.
- Brief the Production team on the requirements for building your campaign using our advanced communication platform.
- Ensure campaigns are developed to high standards and meet customer experience expectations.
- Analyze campaign performance using self-service tools like Tableau.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM role, ideally within the e-commerce or online marketing sectors.
- Proven ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail when managing complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is advantageous.

Compensation:
The total cash range for this position is competitive and may vary based on factors such as location, budget, and individual qualifications.
