Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Plant Manager with over 5 years of experience in the manufacturing domain. This pivotal role involves managing the daily functions of our facility, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and spearheading initiatives for continuous enhancement while keeping a close eye on budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the facility, ensuring production targets are achieved and quality benchmarks are maintained.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing staff, cultivating a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
  • Formulate and oversee the plant budget, ensuring efficient production processes and resource utilization.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring sufficient supplies of raw materials and finished products.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance measures, ensuring products consistently meet or surpass customer expectations.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as sales, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a plant management capacity within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and improvement-focused environment.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with experience in overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Solid grasp of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Track record of successfully driving continuous improvement efforts.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and implementing timely solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating information and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or similar fields are advantageous.
