Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Plant Manager with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing to enhance our growing team. This permanent role presents a unique chance to influence the success and expansion of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring production targets are achieved and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Lead and develop a team of manufacturing staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
  • Oversee the plant's budget, ensuring efficient production processes and resource utilization.
  • Supervise inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance systems to ensure products consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects, identifying areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a plant management position within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in enforcing safety standards in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to cultivate a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for timely solution implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or similar fields are advantageous.
