Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Plant Manager with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership. This permanent role presents a unique opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are achieved and quality benchmarks are maintained.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of manufacturing staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
  • Develop and oversee the plant's financial plan, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effective production.
  • Supervise inventory processes, ensuring adequate stock levels of both raw materials and finished products.
  • Implement and manage quality control measures, ensuring products consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, identifying areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a plant management capacity within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in enforcing safety standards in a manufacturing context.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous enhancement.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Solid grasp of inventory management, financial planning, and cost management.
  • History of successfully implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for timely solution implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information and expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Quality Assurance, or similar fields are advantageous.
